Who has actually started studying for APs?

I started studying about three weeks ago. I created a schedule of what chapters from certain review books I would cover on each day. I’ve been sticking to it so far! I started so early because in taking six, three of which are self study.

@liv4physicz My AP Lang class requires the CliffsAP book. It should be enough for your personal studying as well.

Started studying for AP Chem :)

Would you say it’s good?

Tbh, I haven’t even cracked it open yet. Most everyone I know uses the CliffsAP. I’m not really worried about that test though…

I am! Standardized test reading sections…let’s just say I’m not so good at them. Too little time, too much subjectivity. Writing, however, is my strength, so hopefully I can make up for a mediocre MC score (apparently the nat’l avg on MC is “failing”?)

I’ve been spending most of my study time getting as ready as possible for Calculus BC. I find calculus both fun and easy, but I only started on it this semester so i have a lot of ground to cover. I haven’t even studied at all for AP World History, but since history is my strong area anyway and (now that college admissions are in) a 3 is just as good as a 5 to me, I’m not too worried.

I started this weekend. I’m taking 6 exams and really want a 5 on all of them. The really important ones for me are: BC Calc, AP American Gov/Comp Pol

The others really are just there to get me credits. lol.

I’ve started studying for IB exams! only my HLs though because that’s 2 years of material to review so basically I have to relearn everything from junior year…

@liv4physicz Reading comp…the only section I didn’t score perfect on the SAT. I don’t really know how to improve besides doing more practice problems. Maybe I just have a hard time understanding people.
Back on topic - There’re questions on footnotes and technical stuff and whatnot so you should be fine for that. And the essays are generally easy. Have you read any of the high-scoring samples on CB? They’re quite terrible (at least, grammar-wise).

Kinda sorta.

I started on Chem & APUSH. I’ll just cram for APES.

I will probably start studying over spring break, although I’ll probably lose all motivation and give up.

Just started physics.

Let the depression begin.

Haha NO295208 nobody I know will cram for APES…I’m not sure why that’s an AP, but I won’t complain about it ;)

Arghhh there’s so much material for Chem!!!

I spent 2 days on APES last year. Got a 5. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I spent 12 days on APUSH. Reread the entire history of America. Got a 4. Gosh damit!

SAME! A MONTH on APUSH! Got a 4. That MC last year was rough…

I got 9 days of spring break coming up…Plan to Study like hell, maybe 2-3 hours a day, maybe even more…Thank goodness the only AP I have this year is Euro(Sophmore)

I have Euro too! Only my SB’s over :(

What I mean when I say cramming for APES is that because it’s so easy, I don’t need to focus my attention on it and study for it a few days before the test and get a 5.

nerds i got a 4 on world history with an 85 in the class and i didnt even write the last essay just a thesis

and i didnt study (implied)
