Who has sent in their deposits?!

This thread is intended to see who is going to attend Dartmouth for sure.

I thought they wont need deposits...

i'm pretty sure there was no deposit needed, you just signed a letter and sent it in to them

If there's a deposit, DD is out of luck, because she was ED and we stil haven't paid.

Well, ED is binding, and the idea of a deposit is that you'll feel bound to go, because otherwise you'd lose $500 (or whatever it is).

There was not a deposit last year (it must be something new) you just filled out and sent in or faxed your letter of intent, Dartmouth sends you an e-mail confirmation.

uh-oh.... um, how soon after they receive the confirmation do they send a "confirmation" email?? or can you assume that if you received confirmation concerning dimensions, they have received the letter of intent?

When you send in your intent to enroll they send you a confirmation e-mail with in a day. Last Year's letter (changed the Date for your class):

We are please to acknowledge receipt of your Statement to Enroll at Dartmouth College in September 2005 as a member of the class of 2009.
