<p>I want to get into irvine! its the only UC that offers criminology, which is my declared major and i think its the best school i can get into based on my grades and scores</p>

<p>Okay well I called them and spoke to a very nice lady at the admissions office. Two pieces of information I got:</p>
<p>1) The order in which you get your acceptance has no bearing on the decision, though they are holding off rejections till last. (Basically your chances of getting in aren't diminished just because you haven't gotten a decision yet)</p>
<p>2) You'll find out by the 31st of March.</p>
<p>UCI is driving me insane. Checking their website for over a month now and not hearing back. Still waiting (undeclared).</p>

my friend got into UCI and got rejected from cal poly SLO</p>

getting rejected from UCI would make my life easier to choose college since ill have no other option but to go to SD winter

<p>If I get into UCI, I'll most likely go. All depends on if my parents let me take my car.</p>
<p>It's actually my first to second choice... and I still haven't heard anything. :(</p>

<p>Irvine will definitely be my 1st choice if I do get in. Otherwise, it's UCSD for me.</p>
