<p>So Im looking at the recent UC application data and I’m wondering… how are the applicants pitted against each other? Do in-state compete only against other in-state applicants? I have heard that the different ethnicities compete in their own ethnicity bucket? Is the in-state/oos an additional layer? How about any given school? Anyone have any insight?</p>
