Ehh I go to a small school. All we have to boast about is Melvin Calvin, who discovered the Calvin Cycle.

Ray Allen and Kemba Walker are both on equal footing. Both play in the NBA. I’m a freshman at UConn.

It’s probably Neil Armstrong, but we also have Drew Brees who is the quarterback for the Saints and Sully Sullenberger who landed the plane in the Hudson River.

I would say Jan Davis (astronaut) or John Hendricks (founder of Discovery Communications).

Also, the current Deputy Prime Minister of Libya used to be a professor here.

How about infamous alumni?

My CC: Anchor on our local Fox affiliate and our current mayor.
Transfer school #1: Benjamin Harrison (23rd president), Rita Dov and Ben Rothlesburger (or whatever) who is QB for the Steelers.

Transfer school #2: politicians around the city (like the current mayor and Carl Stokes who was the first black mayor of Cleveland) and state politicians and the aforementioned news anchor.

Kevin Costner. He still attends the baseball games regularly. James Cameron allegedly studied physics here, but I’m not sure if he graduated. Other noteworthy alumnus include Gwen Stefani and Michael Shermer.

High School: Paul Winchell, Tony Bennett and Calvin Klein.

College: Paul Simon and Jerry Seinfeld.

Judge Judy, David Aldridge, David Gregory (Meet the Press), Gary Cohn (Goldman Sachs prez), and Star Jones.

That main guy on big bang theory got his masters at my school.

Athletically speaking, probably Armanti Edwards. He was our star quarterback, one of those responsible for “that win” over Michigan. Now he plays Wide Receiver for the Carolina Panthers.

As for non-athletes, probably Stephen Dubner. He wrote a rather famous book called Freakanomics, and if you pay attention to economic news on TV you’ve probably seen him as a contributor a few times.

Ray Allen, among other BBall players.
Meg Ryan is probably the most well-known actress. Moby and Bobby Moynihan from SNL and Kim Zolciak from The Real HW of ATL went here. We don’t really have anybody super duper amazing like the Kennedys though, haha.

Athletics: Christian Laettner, Carlos Boozer, Grant Hill, JJ Redick, Kyrie Irving, Austin Rivers etc.
Politics: Richard Nixon, Ron Paul, Rand Paul, Elizabeth Dole
Business: Tons of Fortune 500 CEOs/CFOs with the most famous probably being Timothy Cook (CEO of Apple), Melinda Gates

The Blue Devil family must be especially proud of that one.

PresBO, Maggie Gyllenhall, Robert Kraft, and many others that escape me at the moment.

Lol no, but he fits into the famous category.

I’m just in high school, but the top 2 at mine are Bill Hader (He’s on SNL and a lot of other movies like Superbad where he was Officer Slater) and Lovie Smith, coach of the Chichago Bears.

Thomas Jefferson, John Tyler, James Monroe, Henry Clay, John Marshall, Winfield Scott, John Stewart, Robert Gates (22nd U.S. Secretary of Defense)
