Who ranks Cal as number 1 in undergraduate architecture?

<p>Berkeley claims they have the best architecture undergraduate program but from "American Best Design Schools", the top undergrad ones are cornell, cincinati, rice, and cal poly slo. Though, Cal's is a non-professional degree (BA) instead of professional BArch like those colleges mentioned above.</p>
