<p>Can't really tell and don't know which college. However, there are many colleges that have local admission/recruiting personnel assigned to different areas of the country and for those outside the country. In the usual case, that person is charged with being familiar with all high schools within their assigned area and will often be one of the persons to first review and make comments for others concerning any student from a high school within their territory, i.e., that person can make recommendations about a student based on what he knows about the particular high school and for you that would likely mean the Florida person.</p>
