Whoch Junior/Senior year classes would be better for me to take, and why?

I'm currently a sophomore, and I'm trying to decide what classes to take my final two years of high school

My two options are:

Option 1:
Junior Year:
AP Calc AB
AP English Language
APUSH
AP Psych
AP Human Geography
Engineering 3 (part of a program I'm in)

Senior Year:
AP Calc BC
AP English Lit
AP US Gov't
AP Physics C: Mechanics
AP Physics C: E&M (online)
Teacher's Assistant

Option 2:
Junior year:
AP Calc BC
AP AP English Language
APUSH
AP Physics C: Mechanics
Engineering 3
Spanish 3 Pre-AP

Senior year:
Multivariable Calc (online)
AP Physics C: E&M (online)
AP English Lit
AP US Gov't
AP Psych
AP Human Geo

Which of these options would you think would be better for me to take, and why? (Note: that doesn't necessarily mean the harder one).

Option 2 because being a Teacher’s Assistant is looked down upon by adcoms MOST of the time.

^What if I moved Human Geo to the the TA spot and put Spanish 3 in the Human Geo spot?

Anyone else?

Option 2. If you’re lucky enough to get into a foreign language as a freshman, take four years of it.

Option 2 only has 3 years of Spanish…

How is being a TA looked down upon if you’re taking a good amount of other classes?
