I definately am... anyone else?

wow in case u don't know a twinky is asian on the outside white on the inside (Harold and Kumar)

Uhhhhh why does it matter LOL? Race isn't a big deal...
Sure, I'm Asian and I hang out with white people too, except at my all Asian church. But it's because I'm the only Asian at school...

i'm asking if anyone else out there considers themselves to be a twinky, i'm just curious btw, it's not a racist thing

personal opinion - i don't see why you want to be white on the inside and asian on the outside....i'm proud to be asian both on the inside and the outside!!

but that's just my viewpoint.

i think it's twinkie...

i don't consider myself a twinkie. i hang with a bunch of stupid asians.

(i'm asian. so mods don't ban me!)

it's also banana too right?

preach... i'm so a twinkie.

...........um, you can't group it that easily.

pure korean and proud of it.

i'm a korean and all my friends are asians but i guess i am a twinkie. i like hollister clothing and white music and can't speak korean for beans lol. but all my asian friends are like that too so yea i dunno. i'm proud of my asian heritage though. :)

I'm hapa: half white and half asain. I don't think I'm a twinkie. I'm in the asian Mafia at my school. But I sport the abercrombie and Guess like there's no tomorrow. I listen to emo - those skinny, whiney, white boys who compliain about their girlfriends. lol. Ehh. Whatever. My asian side has been in Hawaii since 1800-something. So... yeah. I'm not really asian in the cultural sense of the word anyway.

oh btw: the "asian Mafia" is just what my group of friends and I are called. Cuz we're all asian and hang out together. Not many other asian kids in my class. lotsa whites.

This is the first time i've heard of the term 'twinky' or twinkie. So... if you're a twinky, does that mean that your favorites/hobbies/etc are more white rounded? Or does it just mean that you're embarrased of your heritage?
lol twinky.. what a funny word

yea i def. am..... i am like a preppy white kid.. i wear the moose, eagle, seagull, man on horse, tiger.... u name it....

Harold and Kumar are pimps...

Collegeboundkorean, what about the alligator? Can't leave lacoste unmentioned...

Everyone calls me a faded twinkie. = (

I'm Vietnamese, but I have brown (not the typical Asian dark kind) hair and fair peachy skin.

I used to live in an all Asian/Mexican town in Los Angeles. Even then, I was called the twinkie because my best friend was the whitest Asian girl (she's white, and the practically the only Chinese girl in school who could not speak a word of Chinese, but she speaks English and French).

Now I live in Orlando, and I can't stand the Asian kids at my school. They're either ghetto-fabulous or academically obsessed, or both. There are a few exceptions, of course.

I don't like being called a twinkie 'cos it feels like I'm forsaking my race to be more American.

But I can't help that my parents are purely atypical. My mom stepped right out of the Vogue (magazine) world, very fashion-concious and her favorite music is SOUL. I find that soooo weird.

My dad is your typical southern Republican, except he's Vietnamese. He drives an SUV, wears patriotic stuff all the time, listens to country music, eats southern food (like fried chicken, corn, etc. etc.) more than anything else, and thinks Bush is awesome. How many Viets do you know that like Bush?!

And they're both immigrants.

So, naturally, I'm a twinkie.

And I hate Asian food.

i am russian. i drink vodka. rasputin is my hero. we will run the world when khrushchev returns. we practice brinkmanship with our women and eat our oets when we are hungry. and we got the first guy in space. do i count as a twinkie if i like pokemon?

If you LIKE pokemon? :] That makes you Jap? Rasputin...hehehe...poor guy. :p

I think that by being twinkie or twinky...(yes very weird word), an asian must be born in a foreign place outside of any asian countries like China, Korean, Japan or Vietname, I think. And of course, must have attributes that are more similar to caucasians than traditional asians.
