@sweetcookie, at first, I figured if Penn had a problem, they would contact me. But since they didn’t, I don’t know what to think. I remember seeing the video on youtube, “Ivy Dreams” where one Asian kid was outright rejected because he didn’t submit any SAT subject tests. So I figure its the same thing here; I guess I failed to provide them all the requirements.

I am actually surprised at how chill I am about pretty much failing to submit all the requirements of the application.

so Columbia and Cornell release tomorrow?

I think Brown does too

Dartmouth releases decisions on Friday too.

im kinda of late but i really want to major in the biological basis of behavior

^So psychology basically?

Penn is pretty much the only school that offers this major. What specifically is the biological basis of behavior major?

It’s the closest thing to a major named pre-med, it seems.

We should start an official results thread or is there one already?

@cantwaittohear
Someone will start that thread 15 minutes or so before decisions are released.

the BBB major is a major that analysis the biological process behind human behavior…ie the “brain processes” behind actions and their biological basis

Pre-meds not a major. But I guess you were trying to say those who do do (HAHAHA) pre med have a Biological Basis of Behavior Major.

excalivier it really isnt…it is amazing and different and just awesome

^So it is psychology.

I actually read something about BBB, when I was applying but I figured it was a sneaky way of saying psychology. But I guess they are completely different.

@laodicean, it isn’t. It is the biology behind psychology.

Wait, can someone explain to me the difference between BBB and psych then?

Hey guys, It’s my first time posting, but I have been following the thread for quite some time. I applied to CAS. I am so excited/anxious/nervous for Friday! Can’t believe it’s in less than 48 hours! : )

lol IT IS NOT PSYCHOLOGY…it involves psych. but not just that…The Biological Basis of Behavior Program (BBB) is an interdisciplinary major in which students explore biological, psychological, computational and clinical approaches to understand the nervous system as the biological basis of behavior, as well as perception, memory, motivation, and emotion. (from Penn)

Ok nvm, kristina’s got this.

this major is like my DREAM
