Oh, man am I looking forward to leaving old and grey Norway.... Where are you going ?

I'm going to Darton College in Georgia, I'll be playing soccer and majoring in criminal jusitce

How about you?

Fairfield Univeristy, Fairfield Connecticut.. I'll be majoring in Finance while trying out for the soccer team ;) How did you get in touch with Darton College from London?

"looking forward to leaving old and grey Norway" Thats exactly how i felt when I was leaving norway, so glad to be outta the depressing rain and dark days. Once u go out, ul value the place much more...thats what happened to me. I was so happy to get outta there, but within 6 months i felt a desperate need to get back...

Soccer eh? Americans arent too much into soccer, but its a GREAT sport. What position do u play? im right full-back

I like playing forward and right midfielder, but my physical condition hasn't improved while not playing for the past two years... But, i suppose i might try out just to see if i'm good enough. How high is really varsity level 1 soccer? I don't want to come off as a cocky european or anything, just want to know what kind of level they're on.

I've been in the US the last two summers playing in a soccer camps so thats how I got to play at univeisty.

Division 1 is a good standard, well it is on the womens side anyway, not sure about the mens. I know the Americans put a very high importance on speed and fitness a lot of the time over skill.

I should be good, then :) Need to work on my technique..
