For a start, delete public schools from this list, with the exception of Alabama. They do not give financial aid to international students. Then give us your grades and SAT, SATII scores. Without them no one can help you.

If have good grades and good test scores then (except public schools) can i get aid in every schools in list?

It depends on each school, but simply having good grades and good test scores doesn’t guarantee you financial aid. Financial aid for international students are not only limited, but also extremely competitive.Even if you do get FA, they may not give you enough. How much can you pay per year?
What is your score and GPA? Extracurricular? By the way, how did you make the list? Did you just randomly chose schools that are ABET accredited? Also, I read your other thread, and it is NOT a good idea to be an aerospace engineer in USA.

Some state schools DO give MERIT scholarships to international students, like UAlabama(BHM, Tuscaloosa main campus, Huntsville), LSU, Arizona State University etc,but except UAlabama, it’s either not enough or extremely hard to get.

No. You will have to apply to many schools and if you’re lucky, one or two may offer you enough money to attend. And your grades and test scores can’t be just “good.” They have to be exceptional.

Remove any California Cal States and UC’s from your list. Little to financial aid for International students.
Follow the advice of all the above posters and I would also post on the International Thread for more advice.

Narrow this list down to schools you are actually interested in. Bring it down to 25 or so and then we can help you more.

Aero engineering, eh?
AFIT and the Naval Postgraduate School are graduate only, and only for active duty or dept of defense civilians.

There may be some people from allied countries, but these would probably be active duty as well.
The service academies are similarly restrictive, and going to be a very tough nut to crack.
You might consider trimming the list a little on your own.

Wichita State is probably a low cost provider, and given that some civil aircraft makers are in the area, holds some internship possibilities. IE full freight at Wichita State will be like getting 30 to 40 large from Case or Clarkson.
Other than that, UA & UAH both offer scholarships based on SAT & grades. So does Tuskeegee, I think, if that’s within your comfort zone.

I think Boston, CalTech, Princeton and U of Alabama are the only ones.

Aerospace Engineering in your country, right? As an international candidate, you would not be very employable in the U.S., so plan on that degree for you country.

Aunt Bea is right: many jobs in aerospace engineering in the US require a security clearance unavailable to non-citizens. So you would not be able to get a job (perhaps even an internship) in this field.

^yeah, you have to be a US citizen to apply for a security clearance (required for most aerospace/defense related jobs in the US or anything related to classified info). Also, you cannot apply for a security clearance by yourself.
