Why can't you chance me for UC's, WHY?!

USC - slight reach < --- not sure about this one, but I hear USC is more test scores than UCs</p>

<p>Last year someone with 2300 SAT was a Spring admit to USC. I also thought USC likes high SAT scores but apparently not.
