<p>i was just curious as to why people would consider a career in medicine. im planning to go the pre med route myself am not sure, so i was wondering why others plan on pursuing medicine.</p>
<p>If you are unsure about the pre-med route...then why did you apply to a BA/MD program?</p>
<p>I suggest you remove your other thread...apparently you want to know why we want to be doctors for an interview..but you executed very poorly.</p>
<p>1) Get a chance to help people in need of it.
2) Respect and Prestige for being a physician
3) Comfortable life-style throughout my life</p>
<p>For interviews - you never mention the 3rd point. Ever.</p>
