Why essays interpretations

For those struggling with why essays, here is a quick translation guide what you are really saying.

As if you are proposing to a woman/man:

“I want a school with reputation.” - I want to marry you because you are hot.

“I love the campus and how I feel”- I want to marry you because you have nice ass.

“Prestigious department and curriculum” - I want to marry you because you have a great job

“Its close to home” - I want to marry you because you live right next door

“I love the mascot and the football team” - I want to marry you because I love your dog/cat

“Beautiful city and great people” - I want to marry you because your family is nice to me

“I am also exploring your Masters and PhD options” - I want to marry you for your social security checks

“I fell in love with tour” - The first date was memorable.

“Tour guide was fascinating” - I enjoyed the one night stand.

Think of how normal people propose, or ask your father how he did it. Revert the ideas back to why you like school X and why it is the one.

Good luck

This is GREAT!!! I cringe when I’m doing alumni interviewing and I hear these type of superficial answers.

Dig deeper students and don’t be afraid to be specific!
