First off hello im new!
But anyway I recently transfered from a school where I am on learning dismissal for math, I screwed up my first semester because I was going through alot with being pregnant & depressed n this math class was late at night. So I failed it and took it again the next semester I had to withdraw out my classes after midterm (they all gave me W thank god!!) because I had to have my baby but I didn't withdraw out of math & I passed it the second time. So my next semester I hag to withdraw out of an english class again (being late alot!!) and math I failed it again because I got the material but the test they blew me. So im out for a year. So now Im registered at a different college.
I did my fasfa in January & a week or two later after I got the paper saying its been accepted and how much I get and blah blah I go to the business office at my new school and they tell me it hasn't been submitted to them !! I went on a phone and showed her where I have the school's name on there and a month later (even though i just found it because i wasn't told till today how to use the email!!!!) they say I have an unpaid balance & I look at an email that wasn't send till today with like 200 something dollars off the first amount saying I owe 1,000+ by wednesday!!!! Like omg what?? how?? So i checked this web advisor and it said financial add only paid the 200 something and I was susposed to get 5,500! How could this be??? Could it just be a mistake? I emailed the person who send me this inquiry hoping to get a response in a timely manner!

Are you saying the school you failed out of is now saying you owe money? Probably because financial aid money didn’t cover the courses you attended and then withdrew from. You were asked to leave your school due to something called SAP - Student acceptable progress (which you did not achieve). Don’t be surprised if you find that you can’t get federal financial aid from your new school. You may have to pay from your own pocket until you can show a better GPA and more credits successfully completed. Financial aid doesn’t cover classes you keep failing, not attending, etc. That is a waste of money. Maybe you should focus on getting your life together, and then when you have less stress, etc, you can focus on school and do your best.
