I'm a Community College student, and I will transfer next year. My GPA will be 3.2-3.3 by the end of summer 2014. However, I have 5 W on my transcript. I heard someone said if I have more than 3 W grades, I can't get into any UC. Is this true?</p>

<p>LOL, to expand on my answer they don’t matter at all to the UC’s for undergrad (They could become a factor if you apply for grad school or if you apply as a transfer to some privates for UG like USC). I have 7 and got into UCD, UCSB, and UCSC which was all that I applied for.</p>
<p>Do you know TAG？I want to transfer to UCD with TAG. If I meet the minimum GPA requirement, have minimum units, and complete English and Math courses, but I don’t finish all major courses and GE courses, and I was not enrolled full-time Spring2014 because I went to work, am I eligible to TAG？</p>
