<p>For example, if one candidate has composite of 33.5, which rounds to 34, and another candidate has 34.25, which is also a 34. Are they considered to have same score (if the cut-off is 34)? Will colleges take three seconds looking at the composite score and then move to other material or take a detailed look at the individual section score?
