I chose not to send them because I knew that I wasn't prepared. The AP US History exam today was my first ever AP and i definitely scored low. I'm a hardworker--don't get me wrong and next year, I will DEFINITELY prep way ahead of time for my AP. but--since College Board distributes all of the AP tests..will colleges ever be able to see all of my AP scores? I know it's an option to send them but if I don't send them, is it completely out of question for colleges to snoop around?

I think colleges can alway check your scores even though you don’t submit them. I had a friend who went to UCLA this year but she didn’t submit any of her ap scores because colleges automatically look at them and if you submit your scores u need to pay. But don’t worry ap scores don’t effect ur admission into colleges cause they look at ur scores after u get into college just to check for credits. Don’t worry ap scores don’t affect u going into college it just determines if you can get create for some classes and save money. But y do u think u did bad on the test? I took it today too and I totally messed up like crazy on one of my frq -_-

So AP scores won’t affect admission?
And I thought I did good on the frqs until I saw how everyone on here included SO many outside info and I put in like 1. :/

Ya it wont affect your admission into college. Like colleges won’t look at ur ap scores and be like o he failed his so we r not accepting him. Ap scores have nothing o do with ur admission. The point of ap scores is to see how many credits u can earn. If you have enough credits, u can graduate early from college. No worries :)

Thanks! huge relief!
