Will colleges know if you took the SAT Biology E or M?

I'm debating whether to take E or M. I'm a little better at E, but still pretty good in both. I heard that if you want to go into health sciences it's better to take M to show your aptitude in the field. I also heard M is more difficult so it "looks better" if you get a high score. But how will colleges even know? Does it show up in your score report? I want to know because I don't want to take any chances with M if i can easily get a high score with E.

Of course they know. It’s like asking the difference between Math I and Math II.

They are labeled.

Alright, thanks!
