*question for a friend

He has 9 ap scores by the end of junior year. He got 4's and 5's and all of them except one 3. Since he took 3-4 Sat II's, he is planning to include many of his ap exams in the additional info section. But, he does not want to include the 3 and wants to know if colleges will realize that he left out one ap score and think that he just failed it? Is it just fine if he does not report that one 3?

bbumppppppppppppppppp

They will probably not notice or just not care, unless it’s a particularly important exam for his intended major.

ap scores are self reported. you don’t have to list them at the time of application and report after joining college.

He’s really that ashamed of a 3? 3s aren’t that bad. Sure he didn’t get a stellar score but it’s still considered passing, and besides it’s just one test, it’s not going to make or break his app.
