<p>If you have passed the other 3 regents with at least a 65, as long as you pass US and global with a 55, you will graduate with a local diploma and attend college in the fall.</p>

<p>Most colleges will withdraw the offer if you do not graduate from high school. There are some exceptions, but they are very case specific (and they usually involve getting a GED).</p>
<p>I don’t want to get too personal, but I went through a massive personal issue in November that caused my grades to drop signicantly. I’m not failing any of the required courses for graduation (or the nonrequired ones either) but how can I make my situation understandable? I’ve been getting counseling recently and my grades have shot up; I haven’t made anything less than a 95 in the past few weeks.</p>
