This year, I challenged myself with honors pre-calculus as a senior and I’ve been admitted California State University Stanislaus. I got a -c (C minus) as my second semester grade. I know that colleges require a C or better to not get rescinded… can anyone enlighten me?
Rule of thumb, no D’s or F’s. A C- should be fine but if in doubt contact CSU Stanislaus.
Generally speaking, unless all your classes dip to Cs then you should be fine.
I personally don’t think a -c or c matters to colleges… it’s just my mom is freaking out right now and she thinks it does matter. It’s a holiday, so Stan State’s office is closed. My mom is also worried because in my case if I don’t get a C or better, I’ll have to take summer school.
I really hope I can call them tomorrow.
If your Mom is making this an issue, then definitely call CSUS to ease her mind.
