Will colleges see all my ACT scores?

<p>Hey, I'm curious as to whether colleges will see all my ACT scores. I got a 33 the first time, and I'm retaking it tomorrow to see if I can increase my score by a point or two. However, I have hardly studied, and I'm not really confident that I am going to do any better. In fact, I'm afraid I'm going to do worse. </p>

<p>So, my three questions:</p>

<li><p>Do some colleges require you to send all and others not?</p></li>
<li><p>Can I cancel my ACT score before it comes out?</p></li>
