will colleges see my score?

Hi. I know this is a dumb question, but I'm a freshman (or technically sophomore, just wrapped up freshman year). I'm taking the ACT tomorrow, June 12, just to see where I am right now in terms of knowing how much prep to do when I want to take it "for real" - when I take it for a score that I will send to colleges. My question is, do any colleges see this when I apply for college if I don't tell them, and must I report it to anyone? I'm not sure if that came out the way I wanted it to, but I mean to say that when I apply for colleges I don't want them to get a bad impression of my based on this score.

Thanks.

Nah, they only see the scores you send them. So if, when applying for the ACT, you didn’t select any colleges to send your score, they’ll never see it.

Additionally, colleges usually ask for your best score, then have you “self-report” the other ones (meaning you write them on the Common App). TECHNICALLY, if you didn’t report the other ones, nobody would ever know. TECHNICALLY. (But lying is at your own risk, etc.)
