I'm a current high school senior switched schools my junior year because of a move. My current high school counselor has all of my credits and classes from my old school on my current high school transcript. Thus, she said only one high school transcript will be sent, with all 4 years of high school on it. But I just went on CommonApp, and it just asked me if I've attended any other secondary schools, and later, it asked me to agree to a release that would allow CommonApp to contact my previous school. However, I got into some trouble at that previous school, and I DO NOT want them to be contacted, because it will hurt my college prospects. So, will CommonApp contact that previous school? I'm thinking about putting down that I haven't attended any other secondary schools, so CommonApp won't ask the old school for a transcript, but on my school report it will show that I did go to another secondary school.

Total honesty is essential in all aspects of your college application.

Have an official copy of your transcript from the old high school sent to Common App. Sorry, you have to do that.

Then, ask to have an official copy of your transcript sent to you. Read it. See what is on it so you know if anything negative appears there that you need to say something about in your college applications.
