Will december ACTs reach colleges in time?

Will my December acts this week reach my january 1 deadline? How long does it take for them to get it...

Probably; there's about a 1 in 10 chance it won't. But I think that most schools that accept the Dec. ACT and have a Jan. 1 deadline actually accept the scores after that deadline.

If it's anything like the October 27th test date..... don't count on it. I still haven't received my scores.

i have no doubt that most scores will be coming on by feb.!

They deff wont make it by january, but they'll make it by february, which is the latest you can report scores to most schools. See what the policy is at the schools your applying to.

Most of the UC deadlines are Jan1st or Dec31st. They also say that they will accept any SAT/ACT test taken in December. But since the test results probably won't be released until February (based on recent ACT tests), do you think the UC's will still accept those scores if they come so late?

Edit: UC = University of California (should have made it clearer)

^ Good question, i need that answered too :)

Wait how can December ACT results be released in February?

Aren't scores available by December 20th? So can't you send them after you know your scores?

They may be supposed to be released at that time. I took the October 27th test, which should have had scores released around November 14th. I still haven't received them. Point of the story is that ACT doesn't always release when they say they will.
