As a junior, I take a schedule looking like this:

AP Biology
AP Lang and Comp
P.E first semester/AP Comparative Gov second (Took AP Gov Freshman year)
AP U.S History
AP Stats
Honors Acc. Precalc

Now as a senior, I wanted to ease up, but at the same time not ruin chances for admissions-
Physics
English 12
AP European History
AP macroecon/microecon
Accounting 1 (Dual enrollment course)
AP Calc BC

Is this still rigorous enough even with 2 on level classes?

You should be fine - remember, you have an additional class 1st semester called college applications, and it’s every bit of work as any other class.

If you wanted to go up a notch, I’d try and take AP Physics-Mech by either swapping our the AP Econ or AP Euro classes, or perhaps drop down to AP Calc AB, giving you four APs. Despite CC poo-pooing Calc AB, it’s a perfectly fine class, especially if taken with AP Physics-Mech. No normal college looks down on it.
