<p>Yes. Just let them know after you hear back that you won, and would reconsider your application.</p>
<p>They still might say no if they have a limit on the number of students they can support class-wise, or if they feel there isn’t an advisor sharing your interests that can take another student (even one that doesn’t need support).</p>
