<p>i had a 3.7 gpa for freshman year. and my sophomore year i have now a 3.4 currently working on getting it to a 3.5 but so far do i have a good chance of getting into a college if i keep up the work? i dont do extra activities too but planning on volunteering during the summer and doing more activities my junior and senior year.</p>

<p>Think the responder means means “unweighted” gpa, not U. of Washington (UW). Make sure to keep your grades on an upward trend from here on out and do prep hard for the SAT’s or ACT’s. U. of Washington’s avg. accepted gpa is a 3.7, and SAT score averages are 1630-1960. ACT avg. 24-29. You still have a chance to bring up your gpa a bit. Are you taking AP’s next year?
