Will I get in?

I am currently a freshman at a four year private college. I am seriously considering transferring, and Marist is on the top of my list. I am worried about getting in. I currently have a 3.6 GPA and am involved in a leadership group, a service fraternity, the student newspaper, and clubs in my college campus. In addition to this, I coach gymnastics, have held a pert time job, and have my own photography business. I was able to make the deans list last semester. My high school GPA was a 92, but I did fail the chemistry regents and most of my grades were in the 90s. My ACT score in only a 23 and my SAT is only a 1030. Do you think I will get in?

Wait, your SAT total is a 1030? Or your CR+M?

Just CR+M… I chose to be test optional so they won’t out.

Just an update, I was accepted as a transfer student with an $8,000 scholarship.

I applied to Marist HEOP and got rejected through HEOP I think. I’m not sure what the letter is saying. Does this mean I’m being considered for regular admission or am I just rejected completely?

What does the letter actually say? What is your GPA?
