My recs are going to be very good, I have two teachers who love me and are going to write me really good recs. I'm going to write my essay and how I struggled with moving from NY to Florida, and how at first I struggled (see: bad freshman and sophomore GPA), but later overcame and thrived. I took the ACT on saturday and should get around a 28. How should I feel about my chances?
