I go to one of the most competitive high schools in the state and am a member of the varsity football and lacrosse teams with captain titles in both. I am a member of a couple other volunteer clubs at my school as well. I also included a teacher recommendation from last year’s “Teacher of The Year” winner. I applied early action and would like to know what my chances of acceptance could be.
It’s possible! I got in with a 3.4 W GPA and a 30 ACT. I also had pretty unique and impressive extracurriculars. Don’t doubt yourself, but definitely make sure you have back up schools and other options.
It depends on the major and college. If undecided look at DUS and if interested in engineering look at earth minerals majors that would have similar requirements as engineering majors in the college
