Will I get rescinded with these grades?

<p>So I got into Brown, but my parents are freaking out because of this:</p>

<p>AP Psychology- B+
AP English Lit- A-
Ap Statistics - A
Ecomoics- B+
AP Spanish Lit - B-
Physics Honors- B</p>

<p>So 4’B, 2 A’s. I was a former all A student. Can/will I get possibly rescinded???</p>

<p>I think you’re fine. Try to get those psych and economics grades up to A’s if you can, but I don’t think you’re in danger.</p>

<p>I had all A’s fall semester, then had almost mostly B’s spring semester. it’s fine</p>

<p>Jesus. If you get rescinded, then i guess I’ll be banished from ever even speaking the University’s name. </p>

<p>Its fine as long as you don’t get more than 1 C or any Ds and Fs (from what i’ve heard.)</p>

<p>Enjoy the final few months of high school.
By enjoy I mean grades really don’t matter anymore.</p>

<p>The guy had 5 B’s, 1 A, and he got rescinded. I have 4 B’s 2 A’s. That’s pretty close :(</p>

<p>It’s not about what you got this semester, it’s about how different these grades are from your usual grades (i.e. how many Bs did you usually get)?</p>

<p>Also, we don’t know that the guy in that thread got rescinded, just that he was flagged for concern.</p>

<p>Wow, I’m from REALLY enjoying senior year to worrying. Great.</p>

Okay I know that this is one hell of a bump, but I just want to say that the guy in the aforementioned thread did NOT end up getting rescinded. He posted this in 2014 (other post was in 2010):

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/transfer-students/1662427-transfer-after-junior-year-flunked-out.html

but although he was not rescinded, he unfortunately did not do so hot after acceptance.

Am I missing something? That’s a totally different OP. I’ve seen @Stonesn around the brown forums every once in a while and he/she is clearly still a Brown student…

Edit: just realized you were talking about the person in the linked thread, not the OP of this thread. Oops

Since this thread indicates that @Stonesn graduated HS in 2012, he probably just graduated from Brown last week.
