I was admitted into UT’s electrical engineering major, but my grades haven’t been too good this year. I will most likely have a low C in AP physics and Bs in two other AP classes by the end of senior year. This is big change from my grades in the previous years, when I had all As.
You will need to submit your final transcript as proof of HS graduation. As far as being rescinded, I think only Admissions can answer that question.
@liwen6 Colleges do not like to rescind people. I think you would need to get a failing grade for that to happen.
If they are too bad, lowkey send the diploma and not the transcript. On a more serious note, they’ve got too many students sending in transcripts for a couple of Cs to stick out. At what they’re looking at, they’ll probably overlook a few Fs, providing those courses you dont need to take to graduate.
You are also in tougher college level classes now, you should be fine. As long as you are not failing and you continue to make an effort to end the year on a good note.
