Will I hear by January 31st?

<p>I applied to pretty much all OOS except Stony Brook and I need to get into at least one state school because I won't get any financial aid(income $155,291) and I need to know if I need to apply to another SUNY probably Oswego.</p>

<p>By January 31? Not likely. The next round of decisions will not go out until the middle of next month.</p>
