I submitted my application with my test scores on October 27th, and all my recommendations were submitted online on October 29th. However, my guidance counselor didn’t send my high school transcript until mid-December, and my application status says “Your application was completed on 12/25/2014.” Even though everything else was submitted prior to the November 1st deadline, does this mean that I’ll be pushed back into regular decisions?

OP, I’m in a similar situation here, as my counselor recs and teacher recs apparently got mixed up somewhere in the admissions process and my application status wasn’t fixed until early December.
@korboy I’d assume it’s a “Yes, you are still considered for priority decision.”
It wouldn’t hurt to call admissions and ask, however. If you do, post back here saying what they tell you–I’m sure you two aren’t the only ones in this situation!
UMD didn’t match my test scores to my app until early December even though I sent them early October, and I’m still considered for priority (as far as I know, at least; admissions said I should be). I’m sure you will be as well
