will it look bad if i dont send my SAT or SAT II scores?

i didnt send them for early decision because i thought they werent high enough.

i got a 2020 which i think is slightly below their average range.
math 720
reading 670
writing 630

Subject tests
math I 720
spanish 700
literature 630

i wonder if i should send them. i sent my ACT which is 31, but 32 superscored.

I think you should send the SAT II scores, for sure. WashU encourages you to take the SAT II tests, so you should send them. If you do, your SAT I scores will also be reported. But I wouldn't worry about it, because they will take your highest scores. It can't hurt you, it can only help you. Send them in.

P.S. I don't think(but am not sure) that colleges can superscore the ACT.

My regional admissions officer last year did say that Wash U superscores the ACT, but you might want to check on that w/ other schools.
