I'm taking 4 AP classes junior year. In two of them (AP Gov and AP Euro) I'll definitely have A's for the semester. But in the other two (AP Physics B and AP Lang), I'm pretty sure the best I can get are B's. Will Ivy League colleges still accept me if I get a 5 on AP Lang and a 4 in AP Physics? AP Physics is the only thing that's really hard. I'm sure I can get an a in AP Lang next semester, but not in AP Physics.
I'm so worried. This will be the first time I'm getting Bs for the semester :(

I guess they might see it as grade deflation. Don’t worry, 2 Bs won’t kill your chances of being accepted.

you’ll find out when you apply!

imo 4 in ap physics is weak but i’m sure you can pull it up, you still have more than half a year right? a lot can change in that time.

That depends on class rank.

Some schools (my neighboring high school) hasn’t graduated a single 4.0 student in the past ten years. They have severe grade deflation, so even a couple B’s sprinkled throughout the transcript may belong to the valedictorian.

that being said, i know someone who knows someone who got into harvard with a 3 on ap calc and a c in physics c,

so probably depends on the ivy league, and how incredibly lucky you are
