<p>make up some fat ass excuse (illness, family death, w/e) and write in a letter as to why you couldn't do the dec.4 test. if you didn't register for dec.4 test though, than yes your screwed. if thats the case though, don't give up, write a letter saying you will be taken the january 22 test and hope for the best.</p>
