Will my acceptance at University of Connectitcut be revoked?

So as of now, I have been accepted to Uconn storrs through EA . I have a 3.3 GPA - 6 AP's and a 2000 SAT score. I am also instate, with my father working part-time at the Uconn health center (half off tuition). I sent Uconn my first quarter grades in addition to going to their campus tours, asking questions through the telephone/being called by students, and overall showing interest.

My situation is that I might receive a D/D+ in AP physics for my first semester, which is obviously not good. I have gotten a couple of C's before in other AP classes, but never a D.

I will send them a letter explaining to them why my grades have dipped compared to first quarter, but I also wanted to tell them initially that I decided to drop AP physics and replace it with standard physics.

My question is: how far would you have to go to get your acceptance revoked? I have a D in AP physics and a C in AP calc, so that combination itself is not good. Should I also include both my response to my drop in grades and change in my schedule in one letter?

I talked to my adviser, and all she said was to send my school's representative a letter explaining my D plus my schedule change. She didn't want to say that I should not worry about it, but she can not also say that admissions won't be alarmed.

The average stats for Uconn are 1800 SAT and around 3.3-3.5 GPA.

What are your opinions?

It’s not great, but try not to worry about it too much. Schools understand senioritis, and as the year goes on AP courses just get harder and harder. Email them and explain. They seem like they’re lucky to have you.

Thanks for the response; anyone else have any thoughts?

Anyone!!!
