Will my acceptance be revoked?

I was accepted to NYU via EDII.
My grades were As and Bs until my sophomore year, but they dropped during my junior year and I would up with two Cs. During my first semester of my senior year, I also wound up with two Cs, yet I was accepted via EDII.

It’s the second semester and I want to devote some of my time to the extracurricular activities I neglected due to academic responsibilities. I think I will end up with two or three Cs.

What do you think?

You’re probably fine. Schools really only revoke acceptances if you start failing all your classes and show a very obvious downward trend in behavior, grades, and other factors. So unless you’re getting all Cs, Ds, and Fs, and start receiving a lot of disciplinary action you’ll be okay.
