I got into Santa Clara University this year. However, early in the final semester, I was absent fro 2 weeks because of a really bad cold (not sure what exactly it was) and started falling behind. I ended the year with 2 Cs, 1 A, and 3 Bs. How likely is it that I will be rescinded? Does it matter that 5 of my 6 classes were APs and the 2 Cs are in APs? My GPA should be 3.5 or 3.67 weighted.

I would contact the admissions office now and let them know the reason for your lowered grades. Illness is a valid reason.

Having read many many "Will I get rescinded’ threads over the past few years, I believe the consensus opinion would be that it is highly unlikely that you will get rescinded over this.

You almost definitely won’t. If this is unusual for you you might get a letter making sure you’re ok (I think this depends on the school), but 2 C’s second semester senior year are by no means grounds for rescinding an acceptance, at any school.
