Will my admission be rescinded?

Can anyone tell me if they think I will lose admission with these final grades? I’m a direct admit to the business school and am in the Scholars program. Also, our final grades only consist of one quarter:

Honors accounting: B+
Honors English: B+
Honors Chinese: A
AP calc: C+
Honors EMT: B-
Lit and Cinema: A+
AP PHYSICS: D

I’m not the person to answer this but I do know that a D will raise red flags

If my mom has any idea what she’s talking about, those two B+'s are enough to get you rescinded. (sarcasm btw :P)
