Hi! I was admitted to Rutgers New Brunswick SAS in January and I have just started enrolling. I am a international student but a US citizen and my grades for senior year have dropped. I'm getting a few B's, mostly C's, and a D in Calculus and maybe biology. I'm in the IB diploma program. I'm really scared my admission will be rescinded.

Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do?

I think the Bs and Cs will not be a problem but do whatever you can to raise those Ds.
Only one D, however, may not be a deal breaker for Rutgers. I think your best bet would be to email Rutgers and see what they say.

I would strongly recommend against emailing them about it; RU is a very large school which a large incoming class and they are not going to track EVERY single student’s grades (most likely only the ones who were borderline to begin with). Therefore, it is best not to draw attention to yourself by emailing them about this. As long as you can maintain a C average in ALL classes COMBINED (2.0 for the year), you will be fine.
