I got into Rutgers SAS last year from high school. I then got rescinded because my senior grades sucked (brought my GPA down from a 96 to 90) and went to Stockton College (a public 4-year college in New Jersey) instead. I applied again in the fall for the spring semester (out of anger) only to get rejected again. I finished my first semester with a 3.16 GPA (17 credits). I got a 1170 (1700) on my SAT's.

What are my chances of being admitted into SAS this Fall with my current standing?

Its so weird- my GPA is like an 85 or so (nothing spectacular) and I got in today. Yours started at a 96 and went to a 90. Although thats a big fall its still better than my GPA

wow? you can get rescinded from going from 96 down to 90? 90gpa is still a good number to me it seems, really? Omg? even though that’s a huge drop, but still, you can get rescinded for 6 points of difference? damn!

Wow, this thread is getting confusing. I think the poster is trying to say that s/he got a few D’s and an F his/her senior year, and is now reapplying for the next fall term as a transfer student with a better standing.

I’m no good at chancing, but I wish you best of luck.
