The majority of the places I am applying to don't require SAT subject tests. I am using my ACT test score of 33 for my standardized test.

I scored a 720 in Math II and an 800 in Chemistry. Some universities (e.g. WashU) say that they will consider the scores only if they help. Still, I wonder. If I send these scores in, can they hurt? The 720 isn't great but I'd love to make use of the 800. If I only send one score in, will it seem that I am hiding something?

Send both. I agree that sending just one might indicate that you are hiding another (and they may incorrectly assume that it is a really low score) since most students take them because a school requires two. Your SAT II math 720 may not be as spectacular a percentage compared to the SAT, it still is a good score, and the 800 is, of course, perfect.

If the school permits Score Choice there’s not a problem sending only the Chem. That said, I agree that anything over a 700 can’t hurt and I don’t see any problem in sending them both.
