<p>I took both the ACT and SAT for the first time in June (yes i'm late lol)
I didn't study, I just wanted to get a feel for the tests. I ended up with a 1980 on the SAT but I did much better on the ACT, so I never retook the SAT. But my SAT score is on the back of my transcript (along with my ACT). I only sent my official ACT (also double 800 for SAT 2), so will the SAT be detrimental to my app?? Thanks :)</p>

<p>nope. it won’t matter. With Harvard especially, if they like everything else about you, you’ll get in. What I’m saying is, if you don’t get in, please understand, it won’t be because your unofficial SAT score was too low. Especially since it’s unofficial. </p>
