Sorry if this seems redundant compared to my post a few weeks ago, but a few options have opened up and I'd like to get a better scope of what would be my best choice.

Currently I'm looking at the following offers:
Center for American Progress (Progressive Think Tank in DC): Economic Policy
Wells Fargo Investment Fund in Puerto Rico: Capital Investment Analyst
Goldman Sachs in UK: either Operations, HCM, Risk Management, PWM, or Research (alumni is looking to see where she can find me a spot, but so far I have Ops and HCM as certain possibilities).

last one's not certain yet but:
Internship at US Treasury

Which of these would make me the most competitive for jobs in IBD or S&T in a year or two? Which would give me the best experience and which would be looked upon most favorably?

Again the only positions she’s guaranteed me are Ops and HCM, but based on our intiial two conversations it seemed as though Market was the most likely. However it really just depends what she’s able to get me within her office.
