Will not taking a senior math hurt me?

Hi, I am wondering if not taking Pre-Calculus senior year will hurt my chances of getting into a good school. Math is not my strong suit. I have always known this, but not to the full extent that I know now. This year I elected to take Honors Physics after taking Conceptual Physics freshman year and doing well in it. So far, none of my report card grades have broken a 75 for the class and it has DRASTICALLY impacted my GPA. I currently take two AP’s in English Language and United States History as well as three honors courses in Biology (I do fine here), Physics, and Theology (I know this isn’t important). I know that if I take pre-calculus next year, it will also negatively affect my GPA (from doing samples in physics class) unless I am able to allot a lot of time towards practicing it which I will not be able to because I plan on taking AP English Literature, AP European History, and AP Government and Politics as well as a language and some honors courses. I plan on studying Comparative Literature or something similar in college and I really need to know if not taking Pre-Calculus next year will affect my chances of getting into NYU or a school on the same level. I have yet to take the SATs but I am estimating somewhere around a 1350 (750+ CR and 600 Math), my ECs aren’t bad and I know that I can write an amazing essay. Please share your thoughts on the matter.

Each school has different requirements and recommendations. Look on NYU’s website or any other school you are interested in and see what they list. Most schools do require three and recommend four, though not required. That extra fourth year might be helpful when being compared to other student who have four years.
